We kick things off with a Zoom call. No pressure—just a real conversation. We ask each other a bunch of questions so I can understand exactly where you’re at, and you get to see what I bring to the table: my experience, my network, and how I operate.

From there, we build a roadmap. I figure out where you want to go, then reverse-engineer the steps to get there. I share my screen, walk you through properties that actually fit your goals, and help you make smart, strategic offers.

Once we land the deal, I guide you through due diligence with inspectors I know and trust. We close escrow, get the right improvements done, and bring in a sharp property manager to get that place earning income.
