The due diligence portion of escrow is a breeze

For most of my clients, the due diligence portion of escrow is a breeze.

That’s because many of them are out-of-state investors. They’re busy professionals — doctors, attorneys, business owners — and real estate isn’t their full-time job. They want the process to be smooth so they can focus on everything else in their lives.

That’s where I come in. When they ask me to handle inspections, I make it happen. I schedule them ASAP, review the reports with my clients, and we decide next steps together. Sometimes that means negotiating with the sellers to handle repairs. Other times, the property is flawless, and we can wrap up with zero stress.

The goal is always the same: make sure my clients have clarity, control, and confidence — with time to spare before the inspection period ends.
